PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 pork chops
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper pork chops and brown in a frying pan. Put browned chops in a shallow casserole or baking pan (greased). Top each pork chop with a slice of onion. Mix the can of soup and the ketchup together in a bowl and add about 1/2 canful of water. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir. Pour soup mix over pork chops, covering well. Bake at 375 degrees, covered for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Can use sauce as a gravy.
