RICE-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. pork sausage 1 med. onion, chopped 2 c. cooked wild rice 2 c. cooked white rice 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms, drained Fry sausage until brown; drain well. Stir all ingredients together and pour into large casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
