WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground pork (link sausage)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. can mushrooms
2/3 c. wild rice, uncooked
Slivered almonds

Fry pork in butter until brown; add onion, celery, soup, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes. Combine with rice and almonds and pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. (If dry add water.)
