CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, sauteed
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild and long grain rice (cooked in chicken broth)
Bread crumbs
Grated cheese

Cook sausage, drain. Saute onions. Cook rice in broth. Stir all together and top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
