PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. long grain rice
1/4 c. water
1 can chicken with rice soup, undiluted

Brown pork chops in oil; spread with mustard. Place rice, water, and soup in a casserole. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until liquid is absorbed.
