HOMESTYLE SKILLET CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
4 thick slices of onion
1 (16 oz.) can Campbell's pork and beans with tomato sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

In skillet, brown chops (use shortening if necessary); pour off fat. Season with salt and pepper; top chops with onion. Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cook uncovered, 15 minutes more or until done. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
