PORK CHOPS IN SKILLET BARBEQUE 
Pork chops
Lemon, sliced thin (or ReaLemon)
Equal parts catsup & water
Onion, sliced thin
Brown sugar, 1 tbsp. per chop

Brown chops. Pour off excess fat. Place 1 lemon slice or 1 tablespoon ReaLemon, 1 onion slice and 1 tablespoon brown sugar on each chop. Mix equal parts of catsup and water; pour over chops. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Remove cover and continue to simmer until done (about 20 minutes).
