SKILLET - BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Brown chops over medium heat approximately 5 minutes on each side. Drain off excess fat; sprinkle celery, sugar, lemon juice, and seasonings evenly over chops. Add tomato sauce. Cover tightly; simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
