KEY LIME PIE 
3 egg yolks
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c lime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Pie crust

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine yolks, sugar and lime juice in stainless steel bowl. Mix with wire whisk. Place bowl over a sauce pan of boiling water and whisk constantly until thickened. Remove bowl and mix in condensed milk. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 30 minutes.
