CORN TAMALE PUDDING 
2 (16 oz.) reg. corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) creamed corn
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lg. can or jar tamales
1 sm. onion, chopped

Combine in bowl 3 cans of corn, chili powder, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and small onion.

Put 1/2 of above mixture in casserole. Top with half can or jar tamales. Cover tamales with rest of corn mixture, tamales and cheddar cheese.

Bake covered in 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until cheese is melted.
