HAMBURGER CORN CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
Mashed potatoes
Butter

Brown beef and onion; place in bottom of baking dish. Layer corn on top of beef. Then layer soup. Top with potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
