POTATOES STUFFED WITH GROUND
MEAT
 
2 lbs. potatoes
16 tbsp. ground crackers
Ground meat, cooked
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil the potatoes and make a mash with salt and pepper. Shape the mash potatoes like balls and place the cooked ground meat in the center of each ball. Dip in eggs and ground crackers and fry in very hot oil. Serves 8.
