HAMBURGER, GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans green beans, drained
4 med. potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Paprika, meat tenderizer, onion flakes (optional)

Cook hamburger in large skillet on medium burner until lightly browned. Peel and slice potatoes for frying and add to the hamburger meat. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes, reduce heat to low and turn meat and potatoes so that the potatoes are under the meat. Drain green beans and place on top of potatoes and meat. Add salt and pepper and other seasonings if desired. Cook 15 minutes.
