1-2 lb. hamburger meat 6 med. potatoes 1 can cream style corn 1 onion 1 lb. longhorn cheddar cheese 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. black pepper Brown hamburger meat, chopped onion, garlic, onion salt, and black pepper. Boil potatoes and mash them. Pour corn into a casserole dish, alternately layer meat and potatoes over the corn and cover with shredded cheese. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. |
