HAMBURGER VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, sliced thin
1 zucchini, sliced thin
2 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
2 carrots, sliced thin, or in strips
Cabbage, shredded
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown hamburger. Put half in bottom of casserole. Layer vegetables over hamburger. Put other half of hamburger on top of vegetables. Melt cheese in milk. Add soup. Pour over other ingredients. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 4 to 6.
