GROUND MEAT & POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat 1 onion (med.) 2 to 3 med. potatoes 1 can Campbells pork & beans (soup can size) 1 sm. can tomato sauce Cut potatoes in slices in bottom of casserole (like thick potato chips). Slice onion in rings, separate rings and put on top of potatoes. Pack ground meat on top of potatoes and onions. Pour beans on top of meat and tomato sauce on top. Poke knife down thru to bottom and pull to side so some of sauce drips thru. (About 4 to 5 times and around edges.) Put in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until meat is done. |
