RICE AND GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1 sm. can chopped mushrooms (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground meat; drain, add onion, celery, bell peppers, garlic, mushroom soup, onion soup, mushrooms, and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Pour rice on top. Can be stored in freezer. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
