1 pkg. cream cheese
1 can refried beans
1 jar salsa
8 oz. shredded cheese

In casserole dish, spread cream cheese in bottom with spoon. Spread beans on top, then salsa. Top with cheese and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
