BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chopped chicken, cooked, white meat
2 c. diced celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Salt to taste
Lg. can chow mein noodles

Combine all ingredients, except the chow mein noodles. Pour into large casserole dish. Top with the noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (May be prepared a day in advance; then refrigerate until baking time.)
