BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. fat
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1/4 c. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown beef in hot fat until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients, rinsing the cans of soup with the 1 1/2 cups water. Bake in a 350 degree oven in a 2 quart casserole 1 hour. Cover with chow mein noodles. Bake 15 minutes more.
