BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger, browned in skillet
2 med. onions, diced or onion powder
1/2 c. raw rice, instant (or regular)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 regular can bean sprouts
1/4 c. soy sauce (low salt)
1 can mushrooms, with water still in it

Place in 8 x 12 casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Remove from oven and cover with Chinese noodles. Optional.)

Bake 15 minutes longer if chow mein noodles are added.
