CHOP SUEY (BAKED) 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck (beef)
2 onions, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown the ground chuck. Cook or brown the onion and celery. Mix the cream of chicken and mushroom soups with the water. Mix all ingredients together and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over the food and bake 1/2 hour longer uncovered.
