DOT'S BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. uncooked white rice
3 c. water
2 sm. onions, finely chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix and bake until rice is tender. Cover with foil. About 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and sprinkle Chinese noodles on top and bake a little longer.
