BAKED CHOP SUEY | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 c. celery, chopped 1 1/2 c. water 1 can chow mein noodles Brown one pound hamburger well, drain grease, and add the above ingredients (except chow mein noodles). Bake for an hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees; and top with chow mein noodles and bake an additional 15 minutes. |
