GRANDMA MERRY'S BAKED SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. uncooked rice (not Minute Rice)
1 can bean sprouts and liquid
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushrooms (4 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt
Chow mein noodles

Brown meat, add the soy sauce to meat mixture. Add onion, celery, mushrooms, rice, bean sprouts and soups, let simmer for 15 minutes. Combine cornstarch, water and salt, add to meat mixture. Let thicken. Bake in casserole dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake for another 10 minutes.
