BAKED YELLOW SQUASH 
3 med. sized yellow squash
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. onion flakes
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook squash and mash; drain well. Melt butter in warm or hot milk and pour over bread crumbs. Mix well. Add to squash. Put in seasonings. Beat eggs thoroughly and add to squash. Pour all into greased (buttered) baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees until firm, about 30 to 40 minutes.
