CHEESE PUFFS 
1/4 c. soft butter
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper

Blend butter and cheese together. Knead in sifted dry ingredients. Knead into ball. Add a little water if necessary. Break off teaspoonful an roll into ball. Makes approximately 30 puffs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
