MASHED POTATO CHEESE PUFFS 
2 egg yolks
1 1/3 c. mashed potatoes
3 tbsp. hot milk
1/3 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tbsp. soft butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg yolks. Add potatoes, milk, and cheese. Beat until fluffy. Season with paprika, celery salt, onion, and bell pepper. Beat until stiff, then fold in 2 egg whites; place mixture in a greased pan. Brush tops with butter. Bake about 20 minutes. Makes 6 puffs.
