GARLIC CHEESE MASHED POTATOES 
10 potatoes pealed and cut
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. garlic
grated cheese

Boil potatoes until tender. When a fork slides through with no hesitation they are done.

Drain off all water. Add Dijon mustard, sour cream, and garlic. Blend with mixer until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time (you don't want your potatoes runny). Top with cheese.

Serve and ENJOY!
