BEEF BALLS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1/3 c. minute rice
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 container sour cream
Chinese noodles

Combine ground beef, rice, paprika, and onion into small balls. Brown in oil. Put in casserole dish. Drain pan and add water, bouillon cube, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream. Heat to mix well. Pour over balls and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over noodles.
