1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar/jack cheese (use more or different mix)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic power, or to taste
1 tsp. parsley flakes, or to taste
chopped nuts, for outside of balls (if desired)
crackers of your choice (for serving)

Mix in all ingredients, except for nuts. Using a large spoon, spoon onto plastic wrap (with nuts spread out on if using nuts). Pick up edges, and roll into balls. Wrap tightly with more plastic wrap, and place in freezer (for at least two hours). Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.

This should make about four small cheese balls, And you can easily bring them to friends homes.

Stores well in freezer.
