DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature) 3 to 4 green onions, chopped fine 1 pkg. Buddin dried beef (not canned), chopped fine Franks hot sauce Place cream cheese in a medium bowl (I generally make 3 batches at one time). Chop onions and add to bowl. Chop dried beef and add to bowl. Add Franks hot sauce to bowl. Mix with electric hand mixer until all are mixed completely. Taste. Add more Franks if needed and mix again. Continue until the spicy level you desire is achieved. For a triple batch I will use as much as 4 ounces of Franks. Place cheese into a serving dish and set in refrigerator overnight so all flavors mix well. Serve with desire crackers and be prepared to give out the recipe often. Enjoy! Submitted by: Stan P. |
