POLISH PANCAKES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
dash pepper
3 cups milk
2 cup all-purpose flour

Put eggs, sugar, salt, and pepper in bottom of a blender. Add milk until the 3 cup line on the blender. Turn blender on and carefully remove lid. Slowly add in the flour, 1/2 cup at a time. When all in, allow to blend for 30 seconds.

Heat large frying pan with 1 tablespoon of butter. Add approximately 1/4 cup of batter to pan. Pick pan up and swirl around until a very thin crape-like pancake forms. Flip when brown.

Add toppings such as maple syrup or cream cheese into the middle and roll up like a log.
