ROYAL FROSTING (FOR STACKABLE
COOKIES)
 
This is great for Christmas Sugar Cookie cut outs!

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar

Beat egg whites and tartar. Add sugar. Beat until stiff. Keep covered with a wet paper towel while using to keep from drying out.

This frosting will get hard when you have them frosted, as to be able to stack your cookies.
