RUBY'S EASY CHICKEN ROTEL PASTA 
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (from your favorite grocery store)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) jar creamy Parmesan cheese pasta sauce (your favorite)
1 (16 oz.) bag Rotini pasta noodles
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

Chop the chicken into bite size pieces, you can use the skin if you like, it adds more flavor.

Boil pasta according to instructions, drain, add the chicken, Rotel tomatoes and cheese sauce, stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the top.

Serve warn with garlic bread.

Serves 4.
