ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 can refried beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. floured tortilla shells

Tear the tortilla shells and line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Brown the ground beef and drain. Add all the remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Mix well and pour over the shells. Top with the cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
