1 dozen flour shells 2 lb. ground beef 1 onion 2 can El Paso enchilada sauce 1 can El Paso green chilies (little can smashed up) Salt Cheese, 2 c. pkg. Brown ground beef with onion, then drain. Add sauce, green chili and pinch of salt. In cake pan layer with flour shells on bottom, next layer meat mixture, next layer cheese, repeat all the layers, like you would lasagna, cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
