1 pkg. Velveeta shells & cheese dinner
1 lb. hamburger
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. water
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. sour cream

Prepare dinner as directed on package. Brown meat and drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil; simmer 15 minutes.

Spoon dinner mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with tomatoes and sour cream. (6 servings.)
