TACO CASSEROLE 
10 taco shells (broken)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. dried onion
1 c. tomato sauce
2 c. grated cheese
1 lg. tomato
6 sliced green olives
6 black olives, sliced

Place 1/2 crushed taco shells into greased casserole. Spoon sauce over shells. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese, rest of shells and then remaining cheese. Bake this 350 for 15 minutes.

Then brown beef (drain). Add seasoning mix and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in onion and tomato sauce. Pour over crushed shells. Garnish with olives. Serves 6.
