POTATO PIZZA 
1 box scalloped potatoes
1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
4 oz. pepperoni
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Pour potatoes in ungreased 2 quart casserole dish put cheese sauce on top. Boil tomatoes, oregano, pour water over potatoes, and stir up cheese sauce. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
