HOMEMADE YAM BAKE 
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (40 oz.) can yams, drained, mashed
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped pecans
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine reserved juice, yams, brown sugar and butter in bowl; mix well. Stir in pineapple and pecans. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Bake 10 minutes longer.
