TIJUANA TORTE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomato sauce
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Flour tortillas
Sour cream

Brown beef and onion in pan; add other ingredients except cheese or tortillas. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Place 1/4 cup mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place a layer of tortillas on top; add more mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers. Before adding last layer of tortillas, spread on sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
