TIJUANA TACOS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, or 3 c. chopped, cooked beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped olives
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. each minced garlic, pepper and paprika
Dash nutmeg
1 c. crushed corn or tortilla chips
Taco shells, heated
1/2 med. head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded med. Cheddar cheese or more as needed

Cook hamburger, drain. Add remaining ingredients except crushed chips. Cook until well-blended and thoroughly heated, adding water if necessary. Just before serving, fold in crushed corn chips. Spoon into heated taco shells. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
