TIJUANA TORTE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 med. onion, chopped
Flour tortillas
1 1/2 c. sour cream (optional)

Brown beef and onion and drain fat. Add other ingredients except cheese. Simmer 10 minutes. Place 1/4 cup of mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place layer of tortillas on top, add mixture, spread sour cream over mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers until finished. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
