CHOCOLATE KISS COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, soft
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. chocolate kisses (unwrapped)

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in bowl and set aside. Beat butter and brown and granulated sugars in separate bowl until light. Beat in eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Blend in flour mixture.

Chop 1 cup chocolate kisses and stir into creamed mixture. Mix in remaining 1 cup whole kisses. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of mixture onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack. Cookies freeze well. Makes about 3 dozen (2 1/2 inch) cookies.
