PASTEL WHIP 
1 env. (4 serving size) D-Zerta low calorie gelatin dessert, any flavor
1 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 c. (1/2 pt.) plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin begins to thicken, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice, add yogurt and vanilla and heat with rotary beater until light and fluffy. (Mixture may be thin). Pour into 6 serving dishes. Chill until set. Yield: 6 servings (1/2 cup per serving) - 30 calories.
