TURKEY HASH 
2 c. diced turkey
2 1/2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onion and celery in butter until transparent. Add potatoes, turkey, seasoning and enough gravy to moisten. Heat until hot.
