SIMPLE TURKEY HASH 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. stock
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
8 c. turkey cut in pieces

Melt butter in large saucepan, add flour and stir over medium heat until butter takes up all the flour (let brown). Add milk, stick, celery, onion, salt and pepper and cook on low heat about 20 minutes. Add turkey and simmer for 30 minutes.
