STEAK AND FRENCH ONIONS 
1 1/2 lb. beef boneless round steak or pre-cut stir fry
1 envelope instant meat marinade
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Salt
1 tbsp. orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can French fried onions

Marinade beef as directed on envelope of meat marinade. Mix sugar, corn starch, salt in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Stir in water, orange peel, orange juice and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

Broil in 550 degree oven for about 8 to 10 minutes. Brush with orange sauce. Sprinkle French fried onions on top; and serve with a garden salad.
