ORIENTAL BEEF & NOODLES 
8 oz. egg noodles
Salt
3 qts. boiling water
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. thin sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced scallions
1/2 c. chopped peppers
1 cloves minced garlic
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. diced cooked beef
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Cook noodles, drain. Heat oil. Saute celery, onion, peppers, and garlic. Add 2 cups water, meat, soy sauce, salt and bouillon. Boil. Blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Stir into meat mixture. Thicken. Add noodles. Put into casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
